The KuupKulgur Lunar rover project, conceptualized at Tartu Observatory, University of Tartu, aims to create an agile Estonian Lunar Rover for technology demonstration. The project is a student let initiative and aims to support future space engineers in Estonia by providing a hands-on-experience in developing Lunar rover platforms.
